What is the deal with Xunlai Agent? - Guild Wars Forums

I went to him to get my points.... I didn't get anything. He just keeps asking if I've made my november predictions....(which I have). I dunno if I just didn't get any points or if there is some type of bug preventing him from giving them to me.
